Warehouse Operative

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where your hard work is valued and no two days are the same? We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy and growing warehouse team.

Whether you already have warehouse experience or you're looking to start your career as a Warehouse Junior, we'd love to hear from you. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and develop within a supportive working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our warehouse team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are received, prepared and dispatched efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
• Checking and inspecting goods for quality and accuracy
• Organising and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
• Assembling and testing products before dispatch
• Preparing shipping labels and relevant documentation
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised warehouse
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting the team with other warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
• Able to carry out manual handling and lift heavier items when required
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for stock control and order processing
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• Positive, proactive and willing to help wherever needed

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential—full training will be provided for the right candidate.
