Warehouse Assistant or Supervisor in Billingshurst, West Sussex

Temporary Contract until March 2027 | Immediate Start

Up to £18 an hour depending on experience

Monday to friday day time shifts

We are recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation on a temporary contract until March 2027. This opportunity can be appointed at either Warehouse Assistant or Warehouse Supervisor level depending on experience, making it ideal for candidates who are happy to be hands-on whilst supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Goods-in and goods-out processing
• Stock control and inventory management
• Picking, packing and dispatch
• Maintaining warehouse organisation and health & safety standards
• Supervising and allocating workload to warehouse staff (Supervisor level)

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence essential
• Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and hands-on approach
• Supervisor or Team Leader experience advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
