Warehouse / Customer Service Operative

  • Location: Chester CH5
  • Salary: £12.71 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40hrs
  • Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Contract type: Temp to Perm

Duties of role

  • General warehouse duties
  • Data entry of online sales using IT system
  • Photographing stock
  • Assisting with packaging sold stock for collection
  • Working the front counter in a polite and professional manner
  • Stock rotation and moving cages from processing areas to sold shelves and vice versa
  • Organising of stock
  • Answering customer queries over the phone and via email

About the person

  • IT Literate
  • Warehouse experience
  • Excellent customer service background
  • Reliable / good timekeeper.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday
  • Start 9am – 5.30pm
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required
