Warehouse / Customer Service Operative
- Location: Chester CH5
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40hrs
- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Contract type: Temp to Perm
Duties of role
- General warehouse duties
- Data entry of online sales using IT system
- Photographing stock
- Assisting with packaging sold stock for collection
- Working the front counter in a polite and professional manner
- Stock rotation and moving cages from processing areas to sold shelves and vice versa
- Organising of stock
- Answering customer queries over the phone and via email
About the person
- IT Literate
- Warehouse experience
- Excellent customer service background
- Reliable / good timekeeper.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Start 9am – 5.30pm
- Occasional Saturdays may be required
