Warehouse/Forklift Driver

Location: Baldock,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Permanent | Full-time

I am currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Driver / Warehouse Operative to join my client team based in Baldock.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse, driving, or manufacturing experience who is looking for a permanent role with long-term career prospects.

• Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Delivering and collecting goods as required.
• Stock control and maintaining an organised warehouse.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment where required.
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy working environment.
• Following all company health and safety procedures.

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
• Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Confident using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
