Warehouse Forklift Driver
Location: Chard
Pay: £13.32 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00

Join a dynamic logistics and distribution team in Chard. A well-established family-run transport and warehousing company.

As a Warehouse Forklift Driver, you’ll play a key role in the safe and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse operations.

• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks to move, load and unload pallets

• Receive deliveries and store goods accurately

• Inspect pallets for damage or missing items

• Pack and wrap goods for dispatch

• Maintain accurate stock records and complete delivery paperwork

• Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized

• Assist with manual handling tasks as needed

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence preferred but proven experience can be accepted

• Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
