The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Walsall.

This is a hands-on role working within a busy warehouse and yard environment, where you'll be responsible for the safe movement of products and supporting the day to day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Moving products around the warehouse and yard.
• Picking and preparing customer orders.
• Assisting with stock control and keeping the warehouse organised.
• Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any faults.
• Always following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in date)
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
