We are working with a growing tech solutions company delivering complex infrastructure and technology projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, equipment management, and project logistics.

This is a hands-on role supporting multiple project teams, ensuring materials, tools, PPE, and equipment are available when needed while maintaining accurate stock records and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.

• Track materials, tools, PPE, and company assets across multiple projects.

• Work closely with procurement, suppliers, and project teams to maintain supply continuity.

• Manage plant and equipment records, servicing schedules, certifications, and compliance documentation.

• Monitor stock levels and support purchasing activities.

• Maintain accurate reporting and asset registers.

• Ensure warehouse activities comply with health and safety requirements.

About You

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or stores management within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or technical project environments.

• Strong inventory and asset management experience.

• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and digital reporting tools.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• VCA, CSCS, or equivalent (preferred).

• Forklift Licence.

• IPAF/MEWP certification (advantageous).

• Telehandler or trailer licence beneficial.
