Warehouse Manager

Location: Uxbridge
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Interim position with strong potential to become permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join a well-established and successful food service business based in the Uxbridge area.

We are seeking a proven warehouse professional with a strong background in food service / food distribution environments who can take ownership of warehouse operations, drive standards, and lead a busy team within a fast-paced operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager who enjoys making an immediate impact and has the operational expertise to improve processes, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding service levels.

• Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations
• Oversee warehouse teams, ensuring performance, productivity and engagement
• Drive operational improvements and maintain high service standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures
• Monitor stock accuracy, efficiency, and warehouse processes
• Work closely with transport and wider operational teams

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations within food service, food distribution, or FMCG environments
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent understanding of warehouse processes, compliance, and operational standards
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• A hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
