Warehouse Order Picker (LLOP Driver)

We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for a busy distribution centre in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with genuine long-term career prospects.

Shift Pattern

• Start time: 7:30 PM
• Typical shift length: 7–8 hours
• Fixed rota:
• Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• 2 out of every 3 Sundays
• Days off: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and every third Sunday

Pay Rates

First 12 Weeks:

• £13.44 per hour before 10:00 PM
• £16.79 per hour after 10:00 PM

After 12 Weeks:

• £14.93 per hour before 10:00 PM
• £18.66 per hour after 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Voice order picking using a headset system
• Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP)
• Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading and dispatch preparation
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Essential Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is required
• Previous LLOP experience is required
• Experience in order picking within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to targets
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
