Warehouse Operative

Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our client, a busy and well-established warehouse operation, based in the Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire area.

Daily Duties:

• Pick, check and pack orders accurately, ensuring they are ready for dispatch
• Prepare products for dispatch and ensure orders are completed to the required standards
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock
• Ensure all products are labelled accurately and prepared for dispatch
• Move stock around the warehouse as required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment at all times
• Follow all company processes, quality standards and health & safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily warehouse targets

Requirements:

• Previous picking and packing experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and committed to attending scheduled shifts
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern

Shift Options:

AM: 06:00 – 14:00 — £12.89 per hour

PM: 14:00 – 22:00 — £12.89 per hour

NTS: 22:00 – 06:00 — £13.53 per hour

Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire

Pay Rate: £12.89 – £13.53 per hour, depending on shift

Hours: Various shifts available – AM, PM & NTS
