Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team in Willand. This role involves inspecting warehouse stock, supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, and ensuring products are handled and packed to a high standard.

Key Duties

• Inspect warehouse stock to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack and prepare products for storage or dispatch.
• Carry out manual lifting and handling of stock.
• Use an electric pallet truck to move goods safely around the warehouse.
• Follow warehouse procedures and meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Ensure the correct handling and storage of products.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment is desirable.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
