Warehouse Operative

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• Week 1: 5:00am – 2:00pm

• Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm

Please note: Due to the location and shift times, own transport is essential.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operation, including:

• Picking and packing orders

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Handling and moving stock safely

• Maintaining high warehouse standards

• Working as part of a busy and supportive team

Some stock can be heavy, so you'll need to be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous warehouse experience

• Experience with picking and loading

• Some forklift experience (a licence is not essential as full training will be provided)

• A strong work ethic and a reliable attitude

• A stable employment history demonstrating commitment

• The desire to build a long-term career with the company

This client is looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the business, as full forklift training and development can take up to six months.
