• Shift Pattern: Rotated shifts, Sun-Fri, 10:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Hourly Rate: £13.26
• Weekly Hours: 25 hours per week
• Position Type: Automated order picking role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately picking, packing, and labeling items for distribution using automated systems.
• Ensuring all orders are prepared and packaged in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines.
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse during your shift.
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the team leader or supervisor.
• Collaborating with the team to meet productivity and efficiency targets.

On a typical day as a Warehouse Operative at AM2PM, you can expect to:

• Begin your shift with a briefing from the team leader on the day's targets and tasks.
• Use handheld scanners or inventory systems to locate and pick items accurately with the support of automated systems.
• Carefully pack products into appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Arrange items for dispatch and assist with loading vehicles when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, and participate in stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Contribute ideas during team huddles to improve efficiency and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company health and safety policies.
