CSS Recrutiment & Training are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives with busy clients around the Braintree areas.

Braintree, Essex
£12.71 – £13.08 per hour

6:00am – 3:00pm

7:00am – 4:00pm

Job Details

• Location: Various sites across the Braintree, Essex area
• Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rates (dependent on shift and experience)
• Shift Patterns: Flexible options including day, night, and weekend shifts (full-time and part-time available)
• Job Type: Temporary and permanent opportunities

Role Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Working on production lines to assemble, inspect, and package goods
• Loading and unloading items safely while adhering to site health and safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
• Previous warehouse or production experience is welcomed, though full training is provided for candidates new to the role
• Own transport desirable, public transport is available
• Good communication skills and a team player mindset
