Warehouse Operative in Northampton, Northamptonshire

**Permanent contract opportunities available after 12 weeks**

Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

• AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00) - £13.46 per hour
• PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00) - £15.66 per hour
• Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00) - £16.66 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x your basic rate
• Performance bonus of up to £6 per hour on top of your basic pay
• £1 per hour pay increase after 12 weeks
• Paid weekly every Friday
• The job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)
• Working alongside AMR robots that support the picking operation (This is a fast-paced role that keeps you moving, with colleagues regularly achieving up to 15,000 steps per shift - perfect for anyone who enjoys staying active while earning a great wage!)
• Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standard
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution
• Contributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togetherness
• Using MHE

Benefits for Warehouse Operatives:

• Payment will increase by £1 after 12 weeks (probation period)
• Paid weekly every Friday (apart from overtime rate)
