Warehouse Operative – Day Shift

Clements Young Ltd are recruiting for hands-on Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in the South Norfolk area.

Job Overview

You will be working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team carrying out general warehouse duties including goods in, goods out, picking, packing, and stock movement.

This role is very hands-on and requires a good work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Goods in / goods out processing
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• General warehouse and manual handling duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

About You

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Comfortable with manual, hands-on work
• Reliable with good timekeeping (7am starts essential)
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
