Warehouse Operative

Delta Personnel are looking for Warehouse workers to start work in Lancing.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shift patterns are available:

Job info AM shift

• 06:00 - 15:30 | Monday - Thursday
• 06:00 - 12:00 | Friday

Job info PM shift

• 12:00 – 22:00 | Monday – Thursday
• 12.00 - 18.00 | Friday

Typical duties

• Receiving deliveries: Unloading materials and checking quantities and condition.
• Picking orders: Selecting the correct components or finished products from warehouse locations.
• Moving materials: Supplying production areas and relocating stock safely.
• Packing for dispatch: Wrapping, labelling and preparing kitchen units or components for delivery.
• Checking paperwork: Matching goods to pick lists, delivery notes or order information.
• Stock organisation: Keeping warehouse locations tidy, accessible and correctly identified.
• Loading vehicles: Assisting with safe loading where required and trained.

Best candidate profile

Someone who is physically capable, safety-conscious, accurate and comfortable working to deadlines. Previous warehouse, logistics, picking or dispatch experience is valuable.
