Warehouse Operative

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: New Milton, Hampshire
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including order picking, inbound goods management, stock management, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable, and experience working accurately and efficiently within a warehouse environment is essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders, ensuring that all orders are picked correctly according to the picking lists.
• Inbound Goods: Check and properly put away inbound goods, promptly reporting any shortages or damaged stock to your line manager.
• Stock Management: Assist with a rolling stock-taking program, ensuring that all stock is accurately located and accounted for at all times.
• Work Environment: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence: Mandatory

• Forklift Licence: Desirable
