Warehouse Operative (Excel & Systems Focus)

🕒 Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a growing operation in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with warehouse experience who is comfortable using computers and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email systems. The role will involve working from the Barsan warehouse initially before moving to the new warehouse location in Exhall.

• General warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock.
• Using laptops to manage Excel spreadsheets and emails.
• Working with internal systems and processes.
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working independently and as part of a small team.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Confident using computers and email.
• Good understanding of systems and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Successful applicants will receive full training on the company's customer system over a 12-week period. Candidates with existing IT, Excel, or systems knowledge will be highly advantageous.
