Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established distribution business based in Crawley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, Goods In Operative, or Distribution Operative looking for a full-time, ongoing position with regular daytime hours. If you have previous warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 3:00pm

Pay - £13.45 per hour

Duties

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking and booking in stock.
• Putting stock away into designated warehouse locations.
• Assisting with stock replenishment and stock counts.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Working towards daily productivity targets.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting colleagues with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm.
