Location: Newmarket

Salary: £13.63 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:30am – 8:00pm with a 45-minute unpaid break per day.

Contract Type: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative with a Counterbalance FLT qualification to join their team on a full-time basis for the summer period around 1 month.

As the Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver, your duties will include:

• Carrying out general warehouse duties.
• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational requirements.

An ideal candidate for the Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver role will have:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT qualification – essential.
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
