Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Flexi Forklift)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm

Our client is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of goods within the warehouse, operating a Flexi Forklift, and ensuring all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.

Your role:

• Operate a Flexi Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and store stock within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Carry out stock checks and inventory counts.
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of the warehouse team to meet daily targets.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ideally experience operating a Flexi Forklift or other fork lifts will be considered.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Previous experience in stock control or inventory management.
