Warehouse Operative
Location: Burton
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Start Time: Between 7:00am and 11:00am
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Burton. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday role offering consistent weekday hours and an 8-hour shift pattern.
You will play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse, helping with the movement, preparation and organisation of stock while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Completing basic warehouse paperwork and stock checks
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Carrying out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
- Positive and willing to learn
- Experienced in a warehouse environment is advantageous, but full training can be provided
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Start times available between 7:00am and 11:00am
- No regular weekend working
