Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour | Rising to £16.32 per hour after 6pm

About the Role

You will be joining a fast-paced, professional warehouse team responsible for picking, packing, and supporting wider operational duties within a modern distribution environment.

MHE experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is available, including HLOP training with potential for further MHE upskilling.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing clothing/sportswear (following VAS instructions)
• Using handheld scanners to process orders accurately
• Operating warehouse systems including Cubiscan and RFID Tunnel
• Loading and unloading containers and trailers
• Identifying and processing QA issues and returns
• Moving and reallocating stock within racking systems
• Inventory control using handheld scanning devices
• General warehouse marshalling duties
• Working collaboratively to meet daily targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous pick and pack or warehouse experience preferred
• MHE forklift licence desirable but not essential
• Willingness to support wider warehouse operations
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening at induction
• Reliable candidates seeking long-term employment and progression

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm then it will be going to rotationl shifts
• Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm / 10am - 6pm - then will change to 12pm - 8pm
• Enhanced pay applies after 6pm: £16.32 per hour
