We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation in Portbury (BS20). This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for candidates who enjoy active work, securing loads, and supporting smooth warehouse and transport operations. Long‑term, temp‑to‑perm opportunities available with weekly pay and consistent Monday-Friday shifts.

Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Securing loads safely for transportation
• General warehouse duties in a busy logistics environment
• Flexibility on shift times as the site operate three shifts (earlies, lates, nights)
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
• Following all health & safety procedures

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Comfortable with active, hands‑on work
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑focused
• Able to commute to Portbury (driving required)
