Warehouse Operative

Location: Coleshill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Temporary with the opportunity to become permanent
Pay: £12.75

The Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading third-party logistics (3PL) client for Warehouse Operatives to join their busy warehouse team.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The role involves a variety of warehouse duties, including container unloading, re-work activities and general warehouse operations, helping to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

• Unload containers safely and efficiently.
• Carry out re-work tasks, including relabelling, repacking and quality checking products.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Load and unload stock as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Support colleagues across different warehouse functions when required.

We're looking for candidates who:

• Are reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude.
• Are comfortable carrying out physically demanding tasks throughout the working day, including lifting, moving and handling goods safely.
• Can work consistently Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm.
• Have good attention to detail and take pride in their work.
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Are committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Monday to Friday working – no weekend shifts.
