Job type: Temporary (from Tuesday 1st September for 1 week, possibly longer)
Location: Great Gransden (near Sandy)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm
Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour (£13/50ph if Forklift qualified)
Our well known client based in Great Gransden (near Sandy) are currently looking for Warehouse Operative to support their team during a busy period. This role is only due to be one week's worth of worth, however, could lead to longer term opportunities. The successful candidate must have Warehouse experience, and MUST be able to drive due to location.
Main duties as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading containers
- Operating a Forklift truck to rotate stock and load/unload deliveries (if qualified)
- Boxing and labelling orders to be prepared for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse/yard
What's needed as a Warehouse Operative:
- Must have previous warehouse experience
- Counterbalance Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
- MUST be able to drive due to location
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- MUST be available from Tuesday 1st September, and open to potential longer term opportunities
