We are recruiting for a well-established and successful company based in Wareham who is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their busy team.

The company offers a friendly and supportive working environment, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and providing an excellent service to its customers. This role is temporary ongoing, with the potential to go permanent. 

The duties for the successful Warehouse Operative: 
  • Receive, check and put away incoming goods
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare goods for dispatch
  • Load and unload deliveries
  • Move stock around the warehouse safely
  • Keep stock organised and ensure inventory is stored correctly
  • Carry out general warehouse duties as required
  • Assist with stock checks and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure all goods are handled carefully and securely
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
  • Follow company health and safety procedures
  • Work as part of a busy and supportive warehouse team
To be considered for this Warehouse Operative role: 
  • Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous, but full training can be provided
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Good communication skills
This role offers an immediate start and paying £12.71ph to start. they have on site parking and a number of refreshments available.
