Holt Engineering are currently recruiting for a Fulfilment Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing fulfilment operation in Poole.
This is a great opportunity for someone with general warehouse experience who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Immediate starts are available, with the opportunity for long-term and permanent employment.
📦 Key Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Packing orders ready for dispatch
- Checking products and orders for accuracy
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Labelling and preparing parcels for shipment
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Completing stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory
- Using warehouse systems where required
- Ensuring orders are completed within required timeframes
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Working closely with the wider warehouse team
- Supporting with general warehouse duties when required
- Previous general warehouse experience – essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- A reliable and dependable attitude
- Great attendance and punctuality
- The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A flexible attitude and willingness to support across the warehouse
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, hardworking and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- The ability to follow processes and instructions
- Good physical fitness as manual handling may be required
