Warehouse Operative

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Container Unloaders to join a busy distribution company based at Prologis Park Midpoint, B76.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on warehouse role involving unloading containers and preparing goods for storage and distribution.

The Role

• Manually unloading goods from containers
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Sorting and organising incoming products
• Palletising and preparing goods for storage
• Checking goods for damage
• General warehouse duties
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Working Hours and Pay

Available shifts:

• 9:30am–4:00pm
• 9:00am–5:30pm
• £12.71 per hour

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse or container-unloading experience would be beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out repetitive manual handling
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working within a busy warehouse
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• A strong work ethic
