Warehouse Operative

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy, high-volume warehouse environment in Milton Keynes.

You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, helping the team meet daily dispatch targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare stock for Amazon FBA shipments.

• Check stock, quantities, SKUs and shipment information for accuracy.

• Use warehouse systems, Excel and web-based platforms to update and process information.

• Print product and shipment labels using Zebra printers.

• Pick, pack, label and prepare stock for dispatch.

• Carry out general warehouse and manual handling duties safely.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

• Manage multiple priorities and work to daily processing and dispatch requirements.

• Good organisational and multitasking skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• The ability to carry out manual handling duties safely.

Desirable Experience

The following would be an advantage, but full training can be provided:

• Previous warehouse experience.

• WMS experience.

• Zebra printer experience.

• MHE experience.

• Regular weekday and Saturday shifts.

• Opportunity to develop warehouse and computer-based processing skills.

• Training and support provided.
