Warehouse Operative – Just Temps is currently looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics operation based near Colchester in Earls Colne, Essex — where your expertise and precision behind the wheel will make a real impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a warehouse environment. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:

You’ll be working within a warehouse environment and supporting daily operations. This is a temp-to-perm role offering stability, great pay, and the chance to grow with the site as it expands. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm with a starting salary of £12.71 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Loading and unloading containers and lorries
• Supporting stock control within the warehouse and replenishing pick locations
• Picking and Packing
• General warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks when required
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
