We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team based in Astley.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in preparing goods for dispatch. Duties include:
- Setting up your work area with cages for outgoing deliveries
- Scanning location codes and individual boxes using a handheld scanner
- Sorting items into the correct cages for distribution
- Manual handling of boxes weighing up to 11kg
- Working towards and maintaining hourly KPI targets for scanning and dispatch accuracy
Shift Options
Choose a schedule that suits you:
- Monday to Friday
- Sunday to Thursday
Available Shifts:
- Back Shift: 6:00pm – 2:00am
- Night Shift: 10pm – 6:00am
Pay Rates
- £12.76 – £14.36 per hour
- Overtime (after 40 hours): £19.14 per hour
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to meet hourly KPIs and performance targets
- Basic understanding of scanning systems (training provided)
