Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Operate forklift trucks and warehouse equipment safely
- Move materials and components throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Carry out stock control, cycle counts, and inventory checks
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately
- Maintain clean and organised warehouse areas
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company health and safety procedures
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets and deadlines
- Report damaged stock, shortages, or safety concerns promptly
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred)
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills
