Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks
Meridian Business Support is recruiting in Trafford Park for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving incoming stock, deliveries and warehouse consumables
- Ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch
- Coordinating the collection of orders with courier partners
- Packaging products to a consistently high standard to prevent damage during transit
- Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and consumables
- Escalating low stock levels when critical volumes are reached
- Reporting and escalating warehouse system issues promptly
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, dispatch or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
