The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading industrial organisation as a Warehouse Operative within a busy stores and logistics function. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting warehouse operations, inventory management and safe material handling in a safety-focused environment.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
- Maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards while carrying out all warehouse and stores activities.
- Receive incoming deliveries, check materials and packaging for quality and accuracy, and correctly place stock within designated storage locations.
- Prepare and load materials for dispatch, ensuring all goods are secured and transported safely.
- Use FLTs, high-level picking equipment and lifting systems to move materials efficiently across the site.
- Update warehouse systems and records accurately to support stock control, audit requirements and operational performance targets.
- Previous experience working within a warehouse, stores, logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment such as FLTs, order pickers or similar machinery.
- Experience handling, moving and storing materials safely in line with health and safety procedures.
- Good IT skills with experience using warehouse management, stock control or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and process documentation.
