Multistaff Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution company based in Redditch.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are looking for ongoing work within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately using handheld scanners
• Packing pharmaceutical products ready for dispatch
• Labelling and boxing orders to company standards
• Checking products for accuracy and quality
• Working to daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Experience using handheld scanners or picking systems
• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to work accurately at a fast pace
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Good time management and attendance record
• Positive attitude and ability to work within a team
