About the Role
Our client, a well-established and fast-paced distribution operation, is looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Milton Keynes.
This is a vital role within the warehouse, ensuring products are handled and distributed efficiently to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Picking and preparing stock accurately
- Receiving goods and checking for accuracy
- Completing load verifications using handheld scanners
- Ensuring vehicles are loaded for maximum efficiency
- Storing goods correctly within the warehouse
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience working in a chilled warehouse environment
- Are physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Have basic food hygiene awareness
- Are hardworking, flexible, and reliable
- Are willing to go the extra mile as part of a team
- ❗Shift pattern includes weekends and varied days – not a fixed Monday to Thursday position
- âť—Drug and alcohol testing will be conducted on your first day of induction
