Warehouse Operative Nights

We are recruiting for a full time permanent Warehouse Operative Nights.  There are 3 positions available with an established and expanding business based in Hindley Green, Wigan. Salary £13.27 per hour with a £150 monthly attendance bonus on top.  Monday to Friday 7.00 pm to 5.00 am with breaks

Warehouse Operative Nights Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer orders for dispatch and ensuring items are selected accurately.
• Verifying products against order information before shipment.
• Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse using approved manual handling techniques.
• Assisting with vehicle loading and unloading to ensure deliveries leave on schedule.
• Restocking warehouse locations to maintain stock availability.
• Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised and free from hazards.
• Following all company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve operational targets and deadlines.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Warehouse Operative Nights Requirements:

• Experience of working night shift warehouse roles previously.
• A reliable and hard working approach.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
