Pay: £13.50ph
Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am
Days: Monday - Friday

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic warehouse team to join its growing team with the opportunity to progress within the business. The company provides specialist warehousing, inventory management, and logistics solutions to customers across multiple industries, operating to high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Receiving, checking, and booking in stock.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory control activities.
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required).
• Maintaining accurate records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Computer literacy is essential for this role
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• FLT/Counterbalance/Reach Truck licences would be beneficial but are not required.
