Pay Rates:

• Early / Back Shift - £15.25 per hour
• Night Shift - £16.90 per hour

Role Overview:
Working as an Order Picker within a busy supply chain and distribution operation for a well-known company. Responsible for accurately picking customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency within the warehouse environment.

Working Hours:

• Week 1: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
• Week 2: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
• Week 3: Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick customer orders using voice-pick technology
• Ensure order accuracy and prepare goods for dispatch
• Carry out manual handling and general warehouse duties
• Use handheld scanning systems to track stock movements
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience, or transferable skills from a similar environment
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude with good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
