🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
📅 Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operation based in Worcester.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position and previous warehouse experience is essential. The successful candidate will be confident working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out picking and packing duties, stock control and general warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
- Carrying out stock control and stock checks
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries where required
- Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
- Maintaining accurate stock and warehouse records
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting other warehouse duties as required
- Previous Warehouse Operative experience is mandatory
- Previous experience with picking and packing
- Good understanding of stock control procedures
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical warehouse duties
- VNA/Counterbalance Forklift experience/licence would be advantageous
- £13.25 per hour
- Monday to Friday working hours
- 08:30–17:00 shift
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- Full-time hours
