Warehouse Operative in Bicester, Oxfordshire

Location: Upper Heyford
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operation in Upper Heyford.

This is a hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, is physically fit and is happy working as part of a team. Previous warehouse or yard experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.

• Moving and organising vehicles around the site.

• Carrying out general yard and warehouse duties.

• Checking vehicles and ensuring they are parked in the correct locations.

• Loading and unloading where required.

• Keeping the yard and working areas clean, organised and safe.

• Completing basic checks and paperwork.

• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day duties.

• Following all site health and safety procedures.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual.

• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role.

• Happy working outdoors and in a busy environment.

• A good team player with a positive attitude.

• Able to follow instructions and work safely.

• Flexible and willing to help wherever required.

• Previous warehouse, yard, vehicle or logistics experience is advantageous.

• £12.71 per hour
