Warehouse Operative

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for Warehouse Operatives to join their busy team in Stoke-on-Trent (ST4) with an immediate start available.

This is a fast-paced warehouse role focused on picking and packing products ready for dispatch. The role also involves some heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking products from warehouse locations
• Packing orders ready for dispatch
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock as required
• Carrying out some heavy lifting and manual handling duties
• Checking products for quality and accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets
• Supporting colleagues to ensure orders are completed on time

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 10:00pm - 6:00am
• Night Shift

Pay Rate

• £14.71 per hour

• Physically fit and capable of some heavy lifting
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
