Warehouse Operative

Job Description:

Quattro Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

This position is a temp to perm so it will lead to a permanent position for the successful candidate.

Job Details:

• Mon-Fri
• Rotating Shifts - 0600-1430 (Week 1) 1445 - 2315 (Week 2)
• Heavy lifting involved
• Loading vehicles with relevant orders
• Moving Vans in between different sites
• Strapping Loads accurately for delivery
• Ensuring that the order in full is ready and there are no missing parts
• Picking & Packaging of trim to fulfill customer orders
• Foaming orders when required
• Using handheld scanners

The successful candidates will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capability of heavy lifting
• Excellent team worker with a hands on approach..
• Ability to take charge and meet responsibilities efficiently.
• Ensuring that all responsibilities are met in accordance with company procedures and the Staff Handbook.
• Flexibility to work outside or in excess of standard hours when necessary to achieve objectives required.
