About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Aylesford, Kent. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent benefits, career stability, and the chance to become part of a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of warehouse duties and must be reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively within a team.
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts:
- 7:00am – 3:30pm
- 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Shift pattern varies weekly
- Overtime may occasionally be required
Salary & Benefits
- £13.60 per hour
- Team-based bonus scheme (historically averaging around 6% of annual salary)

Pre-Employment Requirements
All offers of employment are subject to:
- A satisfactory Basic DBS check (cost reimbursed by the company)
- Verification of five years' employment history, including explanation of any gaps
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
