We are currently recruiting for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a physically demanding role within a fast-paced environment, so we're looking for candidates who are motivated, flexible and ready to hit the ground running.
Successful candidates must be available to start on Monday 13th July 2026 and be willing to work both morning and late shift patterns on a rotating basis.
What’s on Offer?
- Job type: Full-time, Ongoing Temporary
- Hours: to Friday – Rotating Morning & Late Shifts
- Location: Swindon
- Salary: £13.45 per hour (enhanced rate for late shifts)
- Start Date: Monday 13th July 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Receiving and storing stock safely
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Carrying out general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
- Undertaking physically demanding manual handling duties throughout the shift
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Must be available to start on Monday 13th July 2026
- Must be willing to work both morning and late shift patterns
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
- Own safety shoes are mandatory
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a positive attitude
