Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruting Warehouse Operatives in Rugby.

The rate of pay is:
- Between 07:00 - 19:00 £14.79 per hour
- Between 19:00 - 07:00 £16.35 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at £22.19 - £24.53 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm
- 11pm to 7am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for:

- Unloading containers when they arrive at site: This is a manual and physical element of the job, unloading stock from containers and moving it onto pallets, this can be up to 20kg.
- LLOP picking: Must be comfortable to drive LLOP and be able to work to pick targets, products typically under 15kg, vast majority less than 5kg.
- Automation tasks: Can include picking, decanting, cage marshalling, cage building.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must be able to work to targets with accuracy, be comfortable with lifting and working at pace.

Applicants will be confident to using LLOP/other MHE as required.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
