Warehouse Operative

Staffline Recruitment Ltd are extremely proud to be working in partnership with a well-known luxury retailer at their Thames Valley Distribution Centre in Thatcham.

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a state-of-the-art facility that supports our client's flagship store in Knightsbridge as well as their online/e-commerce orders and boutique stores.

The starting rate of pay is:
- Early Shift: £12.71 per hour
- Late Shift: £13.50 per hour
- Night Shift: £13.50 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7 or a 4 on 4 off night shift. The hours of work are:
- 7am to 3pm
- 3pm to 11pm
- 9pm to 7am

Applicants must be able to work alternate weekends and flexible shifts as part of the fixed shift patterns.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assisting in processing orders and product replenishment
- Accurate goods checking and storage using scanner guns and internal warehouse systems
- Picking and packing for store orders
- Strict adherence to health and safety protocols
- Working effectively in a team and using initiative
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised

- Able to be on your feet for the entire shift
- Capability to lift, load, and carry items - you will walk several thousand steps per shift
- Ability to thrive in a busy, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of accuracy and quality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Good computer skills an advantage
- Professionalism and pride in the work you undertake

Experience in similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
