Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:30pm | Friday, 8:00am - 2:45pm
Talent Guardian are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking to add an experienced Warehouse Operative to their team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse, operating MHE, preparing customer orders and ensuring stock is handled accurately and safely. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Operating warehouse trucks including PPT, Reach, Counterbalance and VNA.
- Moving stock accurately throughout the warehouse.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory movements.
- Working across different warehouse departments as required.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous warehouse experience within a busy environment.
- Experience operating MHE, ideally including PPT, Reach, Counterbalance and VNA trucks.
- A valid Reach Truck licence (essential).
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
- Early finish every Friday.
